Due to the nature of AI-generated digital services, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• The AI-generated photo service was not delivered as promised.
• There was a technical error preventing access to the service.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Completed and delivered AI-generated images.
• Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective preference.
